Using an email “signature” is a great way to get easy greens from something that you’re already doing on a daily basis - sending emails. If you send a lot of emails, this can actually work really well for you.

You’re not going to generate a huge number of greens from email signatures, but it only takes a few minutes to set it up and from that point on it’s no extra work.

An Example of an Email Signature

An email signature is simply a block of text that is automatically appended to the bottom of every email you send. It can actually be almost anything depending on your email client, including pictures or other graphics, links to websites, etc.

For example, maybe you like to end all of your emails in the same way - saying “Have a great day”, followed by your name, and then a link to your blog or MySpace page, etc.

After awhile you’d probably get pretty sick of typing this same information over and over every single time you send an email. That’s where an email “signature” comes in handy.

Once you set it up your email client will automatically add all of this information to the end of your email so you never have to type it again. It’s a huge timesaver.

Now, to help you get some greens what you want to do is setup an email signature that has a tiny bit of information about freebie sites, and include one of your referral links.

For example, your email signature could say something like …

Have a great day,Monika St. John

P.S. Want to know how I got a Free 42″ Plasma TV last month?

People will see this at the bottom of your emails, some will be interested or at the least they will be curious, and they will click your link to check it out. Just make sure to use your unique referral link, and if they signup they could become a free green for you.

Of course, not everyone is going to signup but there are millions of people out there who are interested in getting stuff for free, and you WILL get greens using this method.

Things to Know and Helpful Tips for This Method

Any decent email client will let you setup an email signature - including all of the popular desktop programs like Outlook and Thunderbird, and all of the popular web-based services like GMail, Hotmail, Yahoo, etc.

We can’t tell you exactly how to set it up with every single program or service because there are hundreds of different email systems that people are using today, and they are all slightly different.

If you’re using something else, just look in the Settings/Options/Preferences section of your email system for something related to a “Signature”, or check the applicable Help guide if you can’t find it.

The important thing to remember is that you are not trying to “sell” anything here. Your signature shouldn’t look like a big advertisement full of “hype”.

Your signature should be “short and sweet”, and try to get people who read it curious enough to want to click on your link to find out more about it. That’s it!

Again, you won’t get tons and tons of greens just by using this method. And you definitely don’t want to “spam” people in an attempt to get more.

But depending on the number of emails you send and who you communicate with, in our experience the average person can expect to get AT LEAST 3-5 greens a month doing nothing else but using an email signature.

… and that’s worth at least $150-250 a month in income to you, which is not too shabby for doing “nothing” after a few minutes of setting it up.
